Causes and Effects of Foot and Mouth Disease

Imagine you’re a cattle rancher in Europe, and you are forced to slaughter all of your stock for the good of the country. Well this happened not long ago in Europe, because of a highly virulent virus known as Foot and Mouth Disease. In the United States we enjoy a country and meat products that are uncontaminated and disease free, but we must educate ourselves of the effects of this disease, how it gets here and how we get rid of it.
FMD or foot and mouth disease is a virus that has seven different types, and uncountable subtypes. Foot and mouth disease has the same effect as rigor mortis, when in lymph nodes or bone marrow it has a steady Ph level, but when in the muscle the virus simply eats it up because the Ph level rises to greater than 6.0.
