Food Pyramid


The food guide pyramid is a pyramid that people use as a dietary guideline to what they eat. It is like a set rules for eating healthy. If you follow these rules you should be in your best health if combined with proper exercise.

The main things that affects the amount of food we need to consume determines on the amount of activity we use evryday. The next affect would be the persons' weight. If you weigh more then someone else usually you should eat more then someone else if it is healthy to do so.

We know what a serving is from looking at the nutrition label usually on the side of the container your food comes in. This usually tells you eithier the amount of the item(how many) or how many cups, mL, Tbsp, ect.

You can choose healthy foods from using are helpful internet, but do not believe everything you see on the internet because some of it is not true. It is better to have a credible website that you have gotten from a health magizine or of some refrence ...
