Flat Tax

There has been a lot of talk going on in Washington regarding reforming the income tax and trying to get rid of the IRS entirely. America is disgusted with the way they are being handled when it comes to giving money to the government. There are House majority leader Dick Armey is proposing a 17% flat tax on income. Instead of paying a certain percentage according to the money that is made, everyone will pay a 17% tax rate.
