Principles of Training

Overload is increasing the load or amount of resistance for each exercise than the

body is normally accustomed in order increase fitness. Progression is increasing your

workload when your body adapts to the current fitness. Itensity is how hard a person

exercises and works during a physical activity period. F.I.T is the abreveation for the

following terms, Frequency-how often a person performs a physical activity.A beneficial

and yet safe frequency is three to five times per week. Intensity-how hard a person

exercises or works during a physical activity period. And Time-the duration of the

physical activity.

I feel i've included these things in my workout somewhat very well. I moved up in

wieght every week when i felt i could do more than what i have been. I never had an

overload in my workout because i wouldnt want to hurt my body just to look more tough.
