Progression is increasing your workload when your body adapts to the current fitness. Itensity is how hard a person exercises and works during a physical activity period. F.I.T is the abreveation for the following terms, Frequency-how often a person performs a physical activity.A beneficial and yet safe frequency is three to five times per week. Intensity-how hard a person exercises or works during a physical activity period. And Time-the duration of the physical activity. I feel i've included these things in my workout somewhat very well. I moved up in wieght every week when i felt i could do more than what i have been. I never had an overload in my workout because i wouldnt want to hurt my body just to look more tough.
