In today's world of quick exercise methods and crash diets to lose larger amounts of weight in a short period of time, although these may sounds intriguing they never really work as they say. Plus these miracle methods can be hazardous to your health and cause you to have very little or to much energy which can effect your sleep and eating habits.

I am a strong believer in just good old fashion exercise and watching your diet intake to achieve the desired weight or size you want. This method does not give instant results that people in society today want, that is why I think that there is so much money made every year in diet pills and other “fast” methods because people are impatient. I have tried some supplements to improve my muscular enhancement for a year like cretin, glutamine, and weight gainer.
