The Stepping Stone Transitional Living Program (TLP) is one of 3 residential facilities in the Centre County Youth Service Bureau (CCYSB). The main goal of Stepping Stone TLP is to help the residents make a successful transition to independent living. The program consists of a thirteen-bed facility located at 334 South Burrowes Street in State College, Pennsylvania (www.ccysb.com/program.htm). To be eligible for residency, youth must be between the ages of 16 and 21 and not be a danger to themselves or others. In addition, they must be homeless, living in a dangerous environment, or in a temporary shelter.
