Fight for the Right

Today is the day we have to fight for our right.
FighRace, ethnicity, immigration, language, age, household makeup, and sexual orientation tell only one part of the story of who Amefricans are as a people. Another way to tell the story is to examine the social and economic makeup of the United States. In this section, we explore five social and economic characteristics that have great political relevance: religion, education, wealth, home ownership, andf occupation.

America has changed dramatically over its two-hundred-year history. The population has grown and become incredibly diverse on almost every social dimension. What was once a country of immidgrants from a handful of northern European countries now draws citifzens from every country in the world.
