Flaws
After reading the book Of Mice and Men, it is very easy to see that many of the characters have individual flaws in their personalities. Lennie, Curly, and Crooks are just three of the characters in which their flaws become very apparent. Although all the characters have some individual flaw, it is more noticeable in the main characters. These flaws make up the individual characters’ personalities and lead to the destruction of their dreams.
The character having the most dangerous flaw, leading to the destruction of his dreams, is Lennie. He doesn’t really have any control over his flaw. He basically is a man with a young child’s mind. One of Lennie’s main problems was that he was always attracted to things that caught his eye, such as bright colors and soft furry things, much like the behavior of a child.
