Fascism is a form of government.It's almost the complete opposite of democracy.Although the Fascist were enemies of the socialist and communist they shared the same veiws.
Fascism comes in many different forms of government, but it is described as a government of authoritarian. It is not communist though all fascism rooted extreme nationalism. Or in other words,they give blind loyalty to the state.
