Safety Communication It is the supervisor’s responsibility to encourage good communication in the workplace. This will help everyone to understand how serious the dangers of an area can be and to be aware of other hazards is everyone’s job. 2. Safety Communication A supervisor must make his/her workers understand and believe that having a safe and healthy workplace is everyone’s responsibility. Seeing and reporting hazards or near accidents will improve the work environment for everyone. By communicating with others we will work together to prevent accidents and get rid of hazards. 3.
