Many people continue to express their concern that America and our children are going to hell in a handbasket because "we need God in our schools." I don't know where these people go for their education, but let me assure you all that God is firmly entrenched in our public school system.
There seems to be much confusion over the religious rights of students and teachers in the public schools. Even in spite of a controversial circuit court ruling, school officials say students will continue to begin each day with the Pledge of Allegiance, and the statement that we are "One nation, under God."
