Thank you Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker and Representatives of the 24th Guam Youth Congress section 12.02.01 of the standing rules of the 24th Guam Youth Congress says that a representative that obtains 3 unexcused absences will be subject to expulsion from the Guam Youth Congress.
