In the miracle stories of Marks Gospel we learn about the person of Jesus and the Kingdom of God. The miracles consisted of nature, healing, power of evil, power over death and changing lives. Each miracle plays a big part in explaining the person of Jesus and the kingdom of God.

The relationship between miracle and faith is a very important. One miracle were Jesus shows the relationship between miracle and faith was “Jesus heals the paralysed man” (Mk 2:1-12) because the story is linked to faith. Jesus heals the mans sins, which is a thing that only God could do. Jesus cures the man physically to demonstrate his authority. This story shows us that in order for a miracle to happen you have to show faith in Gods Kingdom.
