The Novel To Kill A Mockingbird, by Harper Lee is a book that shows much evil in the

world. This book has many different types of evils, that I will elaborately cover in this essay. The

first of these evils is that of prejudice in this period of time. The next evil is that of injustice in

Maycomb. And, the final evil in Maycomb is that of Bob Ewell, because he is just plain bad. These

few events, and occurrences lead to the maturation of Scout. This essay should enable you to see

all of the main evils in this novel.

Prejudice is our first evil that we notice. Even though everyone seems to get along really

well, regardless of race, they are still prejudice. Atticus Finch has a cook, a intellectual black
