Evaluation of the Adversary System of Trial

The effectiveness of our Adversary System is shown through the constant enforcement of Fairness, Justice and Equality. These are all put into action when a trial is under consideration for an offence whether it be Criminal or Civil.
In most cases the effect of the Adversary System is best felt through a criminal case where the prosecution depends on the evidence given by the police and the word of the witness/s.
