Physician-Assisted Suicide

What is physician-assisted suicide? Physician-assisted suicide is defined as a doctor providing the lethal drugs with which a dying person may end their life (Humphry 167). People often interchange the words physician–assisted suicide and euthanasia. Euthanasia is defined as, the putting of a person to death painlessness this a benefit to the patient or to the doctor? I feel that physician–assisted suicide and euthanasia are more beneficial to doctors than to their patients because of their well known busy schedules of their chosen profession as well as their social status in society and convenience of their time.
Should putting a person death, even though there is no pain involved, be legal? Is this not the same as murdering someone? Murder is defined, to kill with permitted and malicious intent. The only difference in euthanasia and murder are the why and how of the act. Lawre...
