Essay on Morality

Morality refers to making decisions that directly affect others or ourselves; it is a uniquely human activity. When you look at morality from a Christian perspective it refers to the way that we live our lives in response to Jesus. There are four different ways to interpret the decisions we make everyday. They can be moral, which are positive and promotes human welfare, immoral, which are negative and harmful and destructive, nonmoral, which are neutral, that is they neither harm nor hurt, or they can be amoral, which are decisions that are made with no sense of wrong or right and they are insensitive to moral effects of actions. There is a lot of responsibility in moral decision making because you have to be responsible enough to make the right decision even if it is not the easy decision.
