Epilpsy

Have you ever been in a situation where you had to ask yourself these four questions? What happened? Where am I? How did I get here? Who am I? Many times teens and adults deal with these questions, some more than others.
I myself had to deal with these questions and the reason was one word, Epilepsy! Epilepsy is a disorder of the brain. It seems that there are times that electrical charges in the brain cells start to fire at the same time, and electrical energy runs through the brain causing a seizure.

I have been an epileptic for five years now, two of them being undiagnosed. Epilepsy has left me with schoolwork unfinished, poor grades, a roller coaster of medicines and side effects too numerous to mention. Since my first grand mal seizure I have fought with trying to figure out which piece goes where in my mixed up brain.
