Synopsis

The concept of Atlantis spans throughout the world as fact, legend, mythology, philosophy and even fiction. The mentioning of Atlantis is reciprocated with instant recognition, however how did this recognition arise? It is this area that has intrigued me into this investigation and following led me to firstly ask what are the original sources of Atlantis?
