English Negligence law

I will be sighting relevant information to prove Puff Negligence to this end I will be exploring case law such as the Tort of Negligence and Vicarious Liability and statutes to such as the The Unfair Terms Act 1977, also I will look into the validity of the receipt.

Puff cars offered to install the alarm for a price (Invitation to treat), and Mr. Smart accepted the legally binding transaction as soon as money was paid towards the item and service.

Once the alarm exhibited a fault, one of the conditions stipulated within the contract was breached; specifically, the agreement to install a remote controlled alarm system. In this case, the contract can be completed with a full replacement and fitting of the alarm.

In regard to the signed receipt, courts and parliament are unwilling to allow exemption clauses in which stronger parties have imposed them on weaker ones.
