ENERGY AND WATER REQUIREMENTS OF PAKISTAN: PROBLEMS AND POSSIBILITIES

Modern Industrial revolution has entirely mechanized our lives. Modern man, in contrast with his ancestors, is now demanding more and more facilities to better equip himself for a luxurious and facilitated life.
ENERGY:
One of the basic facility ,or rather necessity, of the modern and developed world is off-course the “energy” used to generate “power” to run the activities and tasks of the everyday life. Life needs energy. All the commercial, industrial, agricultural, transport and the domestic processes are associated with energy and power someway or the other and they can not be completed without the consumption of energy.
Energy provides the power that we use to do things, whether it be thinking about constructing a building or actually building it. Constructing it needs large amounts of energy to power furnaces to make bricks and other constructing material. Also the labor power is from some sources of energy.
