What originally caught my attention with this article was the statement on the first page by Oz Swallow, South African consultant. “Your qualities cannot be discovered until you are tested by a crises…If it is your intention to surmount a crisis and if you are willing to be at risk and go beyond what you know you can, then qualities that were unsuspected will emerge…So, if you find yourself in an awful mess that allows you to become great…Indeed this is the only process by which greatness comes about.” To me this is saying that if we do not face our problems or crises and push our limits then we can never reach our full potential.
