Employee Training

Thank you for deciding to use XYZ Consulting Company to help you combat Groceries on-line, your new, expedient competitor. As we have discussed, your primary training issues are quality, personalized customer service, which includes the checkout lines time problem and the high turnover of employees.

For your benefit, I have enclosed a sample customer survey and a sample employee questionnaire form. We will need to distribute a customer survey to every current customer as well as to people within a 10-mile radius of each of your stores. Simultaneously with the distribution of this survey, we need to get the employee questionnaire out to all employees. Additionally, we will want to begin observing employees as they perform different tasks as well as have a one-on-one interview to discover what they see as problem areas and to keep them informed regarding “what is happening.”
