Effective Communications

Executive Summary


Experts agree that good communication is the single most important quality that successful professionals possess. Communication can consist of several different areas including one-on-one interactions, small group discussions, written communications, presentations, and public information through the media. Effective communication is desperately important as discussed throughout this paper. But more often than not, I have found that people really need more practice in the fine art of getting along with each other.


This paper is going to focus on three different methods that are crucial to understanding people and paving the way for effective communication. The first method is influencing and winning people.
