Hypothesis
When the concentration of the enzyme is increased, the rate of reaction will be increase. And when the concentration is double, the rate of reaction will be twice as fast as before. However, it is only apply in a condition that we got lots of substrate.

Science explanation
This is because an increase in concentration of the urease means increase the particle in a given volume, so the particle will be able to collide more frequently. This is according to the collision theory. As well as this, when the concentration of urease is doubled, the rate of reaction should be doubled. It is because there are twice as much particles in the solution as before, they should collide successfully twice as much as before.
