Thank you for your prompt response regarding my dispute with Budget-Bride

In this letter I hope to provide you with the satisfactory information in order for you to continue the dispute process. First of all I would just like to mention that the actual dispute is with the company Budget-Bride. It was through their website (budget-bride.com) that we obtained the product information. Paypal is only a billing company that Budget-Bride uses to process their orders.

Secondly, I have already tried numerous times to contact Budget-Bride, and try to settle the dispute with them. However, they are not cooperating as I had hoped. Unfortunately they never answer the phone number that they give out, not even if it is to place an order. It seems that they only use e-mail. When we were inquiring about placing an order, they were very prompt to respond.
