Thank you for your prompt response regarding my dispute with Budget-Bride

In this letter I hope to provide you with the satisfactory information in order for you to continue the dispute process. First of all I would just like to mention that the actual dispute is with the company Budget-Bride. It was through their website (budget-bride.com) that we obtained the product information. Paypal is only a billing company that Budget-Bride uses to process their orders.

Secondly, I have already tried numerous times to contact Budget-Bride, and try to settle the dispute with them. However, they are not cooperating as I had hoped. Unfortunately they never answer the phone number that they give out, not even if it is to place an order. It seems that they only use e-mail. When we were inquiring about placing an order, they were very prompt to respond. Even when we first let them know of the error in our order they responded—they may have been short with us but at least ...
