Dynamite

Dynamite was patented in 1867, by a Swedish chemist
named Alfred Bernhard Nobel. Dynamite in all its forms,
was the first truly practical high explosive to be developed
in the 19th century. Alfred developed dynamite to stop the
problems with nitroglycerine. The problem was that nitro-
glycerine freezes at fairly warm temperature and because
dynamite was frozen it was very stable. Dynamite or Nobel’s
first igniter works by mixing nitroglycerine and gunpowder
in a container and have a cork or plug on the bottom and a
