Due Process

Due Process is when an individual is accused but nothing is done until the individual is proven guilty. In the case of William Black, Due process was not carried out properly. Due Process in the Black case was not carried out properly because the trial was not completed, but the NFLPA disciplinary proceedings according to Black lost him upwards of $10 million dollars because his four major contracts were terminated and other potential clients were scared away.
