Drunk Driving

Driving itself is a difficult task demanding much of ones attention. Driving while drunk is very dangerous and can result in license revocation or suspension, injury, or death. Although one may not feel as if they’ve drank too much or are too intoxicated, drunk driving remains a national problem that tragically effects thousands or people every year.
One of the many effects of drinking and driving may be receiving a DUI (driving under the influence) or a DWI (driving while intoxicated). Virginias’ law states “It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one to operate any motor vehicle after illegally consuming alcohol.
