Do Animals Have ESP?

Do animals have ESP? It is apparent that there are many whom are divided on the question of animals being capable of having ESP. It seems that there is no factual evidence to substantiate or disprove the idea that animals can have ESP. However at this time it has not even been proven that humans are capable of having ESP. ESP (Extrasensory Perception) is defined as perception (as in telepathy, clairvoyance, and precognition) that involves awareness of information about events external to the self not gained through the senses and not deducible from previous experience (Webster 268). Although there is no proof showing that animals have esp., there is a lot of evidence and studies that would suggest that it is possible. During my research, I found it more interesting to look at the examples of people trying to substantiate that an animal can have ESP rather than those who would try to disprove the idea.
