Divorce is the wrong way to deal with problems in a marriage. If there are problems that can be solved with just time and understanding it should be worked out. If there are fatal problems, like any type of abuse or drugs, then maybe divorce is not such a bad idea. That is the only time that marriage should end in divorce.
Marriage should be a very serious commitment. Many people go into marriage with blinders on. They don’t realize how much work is put into marriage. Divorce has become habitual in this country. The divorce trends are clear, but the underlying reasons for divorce are not as clearly understood. The idea of divorce is just too easy and common. People don’t give their very best at the marriage. Instead of working the problems out they get a divorce.
