Diversity Issues

Today’s workplace is more diverse than ever, as in every aspect of our lives, it’s becoming more and more important for companies to understand and manage it. There is an importance of having diverse workforce to provide better performance. There are perspectives of managing the diverse workforce, which require organization leaders and managers of being responsible of attaining better diverse workforce. Diversity is also the common issue in the workforce environment, in some companies employees often get discriminated or misunderstood because of the diverse features.
The name of the company that I am presently employed at is Arcadia Health Care. The company has offices located throughout the nation. Arcadia has become a significant national presence. Formed in 1978 and known as Medco, Inc. until 1994, the company made an early entry into home health care and earned a reputation regionally for outstanding clinical quality and operational sophistication.
