I can only imagine with you the self discipline that must have been involved with a young man a few years ago who came to world competition in swimming. His name was Mark Spitz. Mark Spitz came to World competition and before the competition began he said, “to anybody who would listen, I am going to enter 7 races, I will win seven gold medals and I will set 7 world records. In case you all want to hear the time that I will swim them in. People around him looked at him and said, “Spitz no body has ever done that before and you aren’t going to do it either.” Mark Spitz said “Watch me”
