Did Hitler Deliberately Plan and Start the Second World War?

There are arguments for and against the idea that Hitler intended, planned, prepared and chose the right moment for starting World War Two.

I believe that it was partly like this but there were times when Britain and France could have intervened and reduced the damage caused by Hitler, for example when German troops entered the Rhineland they could have been stopped by either the British army and/or the French army, but instead they just let Hitler invade although he was not meant to, this made Hitler think he could do whatever he wanted to if he just said that he wanted peace and was looking for peace. When Hitler made alliances with Italy and Japan it looked a bit suspicious so Britain or France should have done something about it. The same thing applies when Austria and Germany reunited after Germany was specificaly told not to take over other countries in the Treaty Of Versailles. Britain should have remembered the Treaty and should have taken immediate action to stop Hitler ...
