Dickens

Charles Dickens was a writer. He became famous with the publication of “Pickwick Papers”. Then he wrote “Oliver Twist”. His greatest work is considered to be “David Copperfield”.
Charles Dickens was born on February 7, 1812, in Landport. He was the second of eight children. All the family move to London in 1822. Dickens was very happy with is family. But, one day, his father did not have enough money to pay for the house. He was imprisoned in 1824.
