Diary of Choragos

I, Choragos, have witnessed many things happen recently in the city of Thebes. Our king, Oedipus, had killed himself. His two sons, Eteocles and Polyneices, have wanted the take the throne, but in the battle they both died. Next in line for the throne was Creon, uncle to Polyneices, Eteocles, Ismene, and Antigone. I knew as soon as Creon took the throne that things were going to happen.
The first thing that Creon did was state that Eteocles was going to have a proper burial. Creon also stated that Polyneices was not supposed to be buried. The second statement was not something that the gods would agree with. Antigone...
