Because congress is more representative of the people, the president’s role in both domestic and foreign policy making should be severely limited.

To better argue this point, you must understand how the U.S. government is setup and organized to deal with these issues. The government has an ultimate or supreme leader known as the president and the source of his power comes from the people behind him.
