Dear Cousin Charles,
I don’t know if you have heard about the new acts that they have just recently passed, but they are making me very angry. The reason that I am getting angry is because I think that they are passing these acts just to make the colonists angry and also just for something to get colonists into trouble for. I believe that they should just do away with these acts of nonsense and let us live our lives freely. In the following paragraphs I will explain to you the acts that I think are the worst and most intolerable acts.
