When you get up tomorrow morning, will you have mail? The new communications technology of the late 20th century and thus far in the 21st century has the people of the world running to their computers in the morning and hurrying back to the office in the evenings. E-mail has successfully taken over the hearts of the world. The new Internet technology appeals to people of all ages because your true identity can be hidden. The idea of taking on a new persona ensnares people to the Internet and keep us coming back for more. Activities such as checking your e-mail to playing games serve very good purposes and at the same time shape bad habits. The Internet provides the world with games to play with one another, chat rooms and e-mail to keep in touch with friends and relatives, and romantic and troubleshooting websites to help solve problems of any nature.
