Critically discuss the following statement with reference to the concept of reframing organizations.“A manager’s frame of reference is his/her most enabling asset”

Modern Organizations become more and more difficult to manage. How does a manger manage an organization in perfect way? What is the most enabling asset for a manager to manage an organization? A manager’s correct frame of reference is considered as his/her most enabling asset. What is a manager’s correct frame of reference for managing an organization?

Firstly, the manager should understand what the properties of organizations are. Bolman and Deal (Bolman and Deal 1997, p22-23) suggest, the organizations are complex, surprising, deceptive and ambiguous as the following:
