Racial Conflict Aboard the USS Alabama

When aboard the USS Alabama, there is one rule, and that is to follow the orders of the Captain. However, in the Crimson Tide, directed by Tony Scott, there is a mutiny created by the Captain and the First Lieutenant for charge of the nuclear submarine sailing on a mission during a potential nuclear crisis in the former Soviet Union. While the rest of the world is counting on USS Alabama for putting an end to the threat of nuclear war, tension runs high undersea. First Officer Hunter, played by Denzel Washington, believes that they should confirm orders on an incomplete launch message received during radio system problems. Captain Ramsey, who trained under the legendary Adm.
