Today’s business world is highly competitive. So, in order for organizations to maintain established markets and assure maximum gains, they must change and adapt to the ever-changing environment. From my experiences, I can tell you that certain elements are necessary for change to be successful. The following are a summary of the elements:

1. A clear and compelling business case. Undoubtedly, employees will want to know why the change has to take place. As a change leader, you need to be sure to make it clear that the change is an effort to improve the way the organization operates, not indirect criticism of any employee or the way they have been doing their work.
