Friday after Thanksgiving, I’ve decided to make my visit at the Van Nuys Court. When I got there, the place was an empty lot. Unfortunately, the court house is not open. Monday, December 2, I make another trip there with a Ben, who is my class mate. It took us a few tries to actually locate the correct location for the civil case.
We asked the security card for the location of the civil case, and he instructed us to the fifth, sixth and seventh floor. Ben and I looked at the seventh floor, but we didn’t find any court in progress. Then, we went down to the sixth floor and there, we found a trial in session. We were the only two visitors on the floor. Everyone the in the court room looked at us funny. Ben and I weren’t sure if we were allows to be in there at all.
