The curricula schools are supposed to teach are becoming larger, the role the school plays in a child’s life is changing and new research in the field of education suggests we should alter our traditional teaching practices. For better or worse, our society is changing. The role of a school has transformed; it is still a place where students learn and teachers teach, but it is also beginning to resemble a foster parent.
