Cool Vacation

It is another family vacation at Lake Del Val. Anyone who is related to the family is invited. I jumped out of the van and rushed toward the lake. We got lucky this year. Our campsite is right near the lake (our swimming spot). As I dip my hand into the dark water, a shiver ran down my spine. The water is cold but not as how I remembered it. There is something different about it this time. This time it feels like it is luring me in. I never felt this tempted to go for a swim.
"Mom, can I go swimming now," I said. "Wait for your other cousins, they didn't arrive yet," she replied. I hate how my family is always the first ones to arrive at everything.
