Role:

To ensure that all students are provided with useful training whether it be skills to aid students with positions they already hold e.g. Student Reps or transferable skills that students will require after graduation. I am also the leader and promoter of the work of the National Student Learning Programme Committee.


Why I would be the ideal choice?

I believe that I am the ideal choice for Training and Development Officer as I am already trained and experienced in the position. Therefore, I have specific knowledge on how to provide successful training, and the skills needed to fulfil the requirements of the job.
