Contractor warrants and represents that it is an independent, self employed newspaper delivery

service, possesses expertise and familiarity with the early morning newspaper delivery business, and is

aware of the industry standards for such delivery, which standards include the making of deliveries at

such times and in such a manner as is most satisfactory to the customer. Contractor agrees to deliver

newspapers on a daily basis in accordance with said standards to areas and addresses as will be provided

to it by Metro. Contractor shall determine its own working hours and manner of delivery, so long as
