MUTUAL RELEASE
Mutual Release dated as of Monday, August 18, 2003 by and betWeenTalent 2000
(Company) and Morad Fiki (artist). .
1. Release by company
For good and sufficient consideration, company, for itself and its employees, advertisers,
representatives, affiliates and administrators, does forever release and discharge artist and artist's
representatives and all of them from any and all actions, cause of action, claims, demands,
damages, debts, obligations and liabilities of whatever kind of nature, whether or not now known,
claimed or suspected, that company has, ever had or claimed to have against artist or any artist
representatives, employees, advertisers, affiliates and administrators arising out of or relating to the
relationship between company and artist, including without limitation any claims pursuant to our
agreement between company and artist.
