SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
Musician(s) hereby employ Agent and Agent hereby accepts employment as Musician(s)' agent,
throughout the world with respect to Musician's services:
DUTIES OF AGENT
Agent agrees to use reasonable efforts in the performance of the following duties: assist Musician
in obtaining, obtaining offers 0:1;Recording contracts and publicize Musician's name and talents.
IT IS HEREBY UNDERSTOOD
Company is an organization, which specializes in the soliciting artist music for recording
contracts. Company is fumiliar with the musical abilities of Artist and has the expertise, ability,
industry contacts and resources to assist Artist in the furtherance of his /her career.
COVENANT OF GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALING.
Company and Artist agree to perform their obligations under this Agreement, in all respects, in good faith. Each artist in
our program will be assigned their own personal agent who will maintain direct contact for the duration of the
