Contempory POlitics

This scene introduces the Polonius's family. The scene starts with Laertes about to leave to go to Paris and is talking to Ophelia. He is lecturing her about her relationship Hamlet. Laertes warns Ophelia that Hamlet is only interested in one thing and after he gets what he wants he'll lose affection for her. Ophelia replies to Laertes that he shouldn't tell her to live strictly while he self indulgence like a libertine. He tries to defend himself while their father Polonius's enters. Polonius tells Laertes to depart before he is late and misses his boat. After Laertes departs, Polonius starts to question Ophelia about the nature of her relationship with Ham...
